Small Firms, Big City: Regroup, Rethink, Reorganize, Together

Join us in re-engaging with the Small Firms community for our first gathering of 2025! At our last roundtable, we explored key topics including resource development and sharing, collaboration and partnership formation, and labor and lobbying. This roundtable event is designed to continue building a cohort of practitioners committed to collaborative problem-solving. The session will feature a guided discussion to help form working groups around the following—and potentially additional—topics:

• Structuring the future of the cohort (e.g., establishing regular monthly Zoom discussions focused on specific topics)

• Identifying and prioritizing key discussion topics for future sessions

• 30 minutes of general networking
