Small Firms, Big City: A Network Resource and Exchange Working Session

Architecture is fundamentally practiced in collaboration. Architecture also operates on principles of small business, even within the largest A&E firms. Often we get siloed and we feel we’re operating in isolation, wrestling with the same problems as our peers, in an age when connectivity and communication has never been easier. We want to come together and share resources, and leverage AIA New York to facilitate a more open-source community for small firms.

This follow-up roundtable event is meant to further establish a cohort for individuals to discuss a litany of topics. The format will be to guided discussion to form working groups around the following (and potentially more) topics:

• Resource Development and Sharing
• Collaboration and Partnership Formation
• Labor and Lobbying

All are welcome.
