This Is How We Built This! Alternative Pathways in Architecture

This event will be a roundtable discussion with professionals working in spaces outside of traditional architecture: Amanda L. Miller Amankona, AIA, Michael Caton, AIA, Walter Cruz, and moderated by Bradly DeBose, Assoc. AIA, NOMA. Together they will share the details of the journeys they made to create their own practices.

This is the second iteration of our quarterly This Is How We Built This panel series aimed at providing the nycoba | NOMA community with personal stories of professional development to inform and inspire individual and collective growth. Each event will focus on a specific aspect of professional development, such as negotiating a raise, leading a team, or exploring alternative career paths, with participants each sharing their own experiences to help demystify challenges and provide practical guidance.

This event will be held in person at the Safavieh showrooom in Soho, registration is required.
