Financing and incentives are critical to help building owners implement upgrades and get the long-term benefits of energy efficiency and electrification and meet Local Law 97’s carbon targets.

Join the Building Energy Exchange, Natural Resources Defense Council, and New York City Energy Efficiency Corporation to explore the financial resources that are available to fund your building’s decarbonization projects. Our panel of experts will discuss how to leverage PACE financing, the Inflation Reduction Act, utility incentives, and more.

Panelists will also give a status update on the availability of incentives and PACE financing, share success stories, and provide information about current programs. Participants will learn firsthand about these critical financial resources and how new changes can lead to smarter long-term capital investment.
