This lecture will focus on the benefits of recycling and reusing construction materials, including how to identify new opportunities to reuse construction waste. They'll also discuss strategies for tracking construction waste to allow for embodied carbon reporting.

About the Speakers:
Miriam Voss
is a Sustainable Design Specialist who develops and coordinates strategies to ensure that Resilience and Sustainable Design best practices are integrated into contract and construction documents across a portfolio of capital projects for the Port Authority.

Amy Cole is an Environmental Data Scientist, specializing in clean and sustainable construction practices, greenhouse gas inventory calculations, life-cycle assessments, analysis of environmental datasets, and reporting for large-scale environmental programs.
