BE-Ex’s Women in Sustainability & Energy (WISE) and the Building Performance Partnership present Capitalizing on the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, a panel event discussing the federal grant competition, program strategy and implementation, and the profound influence the Inflation Reduction Act investment can have on communities and climate. Join us as we delve into the intricacies of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, uncovering opportunities to maximize impact and pave the way for major greenhouse gas emissions reductions in the built environment.

The Inflation Reduction Act established the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF), a $27 billion federal grant competition that leverages public-private capital and financial tools to cut greenhouse gas emissions and pollution, delivering benefits to Americans with an emphasis on low-income and disadvantaged communities, and financing the further deployment of green initiatives and technologies in buildings. Learn more about the Building Performance Partnership and its potential as a conduit for federal funding here.

The Women in Sustainability & Energy (WISE) series is an inclusive platform for all people to learn from experienced leaders, to share knowledge, and to advance equity in the workplace. Proudly joining the Building Performance Partnership, we feature innovators maximizing the impact of the historic Inflation Reduction Act.
