2022 Fire Code: What Architects Need to Know

In this course, participants will examine recent changes to New York City’s Fire Code, effective April 15, 2022. Speakers will review and analyze prior and current Fire Code requirements related to the health, safety, and welfare of building occupants that must be considered during NYC Department of Buildings plan review and approval processes. Participants will evaluate new design and installation requirements related to rooftop access, indoor stationary energy storage systems (ESS), distilleries, and other provisions of interest.
