Come along for the ride as we explore the variety of public transportation options within  Battery Park City and nearby! With subways, ferries, bike paths, walking paths, and buses to offer ways to get from one part of the city to another, including different boroughs, the city is the limit! Kids will take a walk around the neighborhood and discover different forms of transportation around Battery Park City. Following a read-aloud of Subway by Christoph Niemann, kids will design their own train cars. We will string together each car to create 1 long train that will take us down the Empire State Trail, which starts just around the corner from the Museum. Recommended for Pre-K-2nd grade.

This program meets at the Skyscraper Museum, 39 Battery Pl. and is held principally outdoors. The gallery will be accessible: masks are required indoors. For outdoor activities, we follow current NYS guidelines.
