K-12 Summer Program: Theater Design (Grades 3-5)

Time: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm (Lunch Break: 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm) 

Dates: Monday, August 3 – Friday, August 7, 2020

Price: $650

Create your own model theater and set the stage for your own show! In this class, participants will investigate the theatrical design process through design and modeling activities. Using these ideas, each student will create a miniature theater, design their own sets, and raise the curtain on their own production.

Our 2020 Summer Programs REFUND POLICY is as follows: Families may request a refund of their program payment (minus a $25/program processing fee) prior to 5:00 pm (ET) three weeks before the program start date. All cancellations must be made by email to k12education@centerforarchitecture.org. There will be no refunds for cancellations less than three weeks prior to the program start date. Refunds or make-ups will not be provided for days missed due to illness, scheduling conflicts, emergencies or other reasons. If the Center for Architecture is forced to cancel a program, families will receive a full refund of their payment for that program.
