What is topiary and why are we talking about it? Join us this evening for a playfully serious look into the horticultural practice of trimming bushes into geometric shapes.

Presented by Mark Zlotsky, the 2017 Stewardson Keefe Lebrun Grant recipient, as Zlotsky delves deeper into the research behind Topiary Tango. Learn the history of verdant sculpting, witness examples from world-renowned gardens to humble lawn decorations; and consider how this leafy medium can be used as an architectural building material.

Topiary is everywhere, we just need to look.
