Work/Life Navigation Workshop
Are you tired of juggling the competing needs and goals of work and life? Do you often feel like you have to choose one at the expense of the other, whether “life” means family and kids, aging parents, a partner or spouse, dating, finances, community, friends, or your own physical and mental wellbeing?
Attend this workshop/roundtable discussion to learn holistic work/life navigation strategies to increase your impact as a leader (whether you are in a formal leadership role or not) without sacrificing yourself in the process.
We’ll discuss some key myths and assumptions that often hold us back – for example, just because you’re good at something doesn’t mean you should do it, nor does your worth have to be dependent on your availability and the number of hours you work.
Instead, learn how you can
- achieve more by doing less (this is better for your firm’s bottom line too)
- manage your time to allow for boundaries, synchronicity, creativity, and self-care
- align your life with your values and develop a vision that allows for sustainable success in every area of your life
There will be time during the workshop to step back and reflect on the biggest work/life challenges currently in your life, and you’ll have a chance to share with the group to get feedback on solutions that are immediately actionable.
