Francoise Raynaud’s Loci Anima, her first New York condominium, is in symbiosis with the environment, seeking to encourage our relationship with nature. This New York tower with French ovvertones uses noble and natural materials throughout its design. The spacious apartment layouts are designed to take advantage of the large bay windows that capture the light and reflection of the Hudson River views.

This program is organized in conjunction with Archtober, New York City’s month-long architecture and design festival.
