Deep Energy Reductions in NYC Public School Design

As part of NYC’s 80×50 goal, Local Law 31 of 2016 requires significantly reduced energy use in new city-owned and city-operated buildings. The New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) is working with FXCollaborative and an associated consultant team to revise their standards toward compliance. This event will describe current efforts to set these new, more efficient standards.

This roundtable discussion will be held in place of the AIANY Architecture for Education Committee‘s monthly meeting.
