Girls Build! 2026

Join the AIANY Women in Architecture Committee for the 5th annual Girls Build! event, designed for girls between the ages of 11–15!

This 2-hour workshop offers students the opportunity to hear from women architects about why they chose architecture as a career, their experiences in architecture school, and interesting projects they have worked on for inspiration. Students will then engage in a hands-on activity where they will create their own designs and produce a building model that they can take home.
