Join a conversation on the future of design, sustainability, and architectural culture with architect Koichi Takada and design historian Daniella Ohad. The dialogue is inspired by Takada’s second monograph, Koichi Takada: Naturalizing Architecture, which presents his nature-led approach as a regenerative model for contemporary architecture. Tickets are $25, with a $100 combined option that includes a signed copy of the book following the conversation.

Takada is known for work that seeks to reintroduce nature into urban environments, drawing on a Japanese sensibility and organic forms through his Sydney-based practice, with projects spanning Australia, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia. Ohad is a design historian, curator, and writer with a PhD from the Bard Graduate Center, whose work focuses on modern and contemporary design as a cultural force; she is also the host of the podcast Designing the 21st Century, and lives and works in New York City.
