Join the AIANY Torch Mentorship Program team for an informational networking event as we continue to accept applications for the 2026 program. 

The TORCH Mentorship program partners emerging professionals and AIA Fellows over the course of one year to share personal strategies and paths to success in the architecture profession. During this event, participants will learn about mentorship opportunities, networking, and how to participate in the 2026 curriculum. We will answer your questions and share experiences from TORCH’s previous years and highlight the program’s mission to foster relationships between emerging professionals and Fellows.
