AIANY Women in Architecture Committee Meeting & Dinner Roundtable

This meeting is offered at the Center for Architecture.

Women in Architecture has a special networking event planned with our regularly scheduled Committee Meeting on Thursday, May 15. Join us this month for the WIA Dinner Roundtables – one of your favorite events from our member survey!

The in-person May Committee Meeting at the Center for Architecture (CFA) will begin at 6:30 pm with brief announcements of the WIA Upcoming Events, Around Town & Related Events, and Member Announcements. Participants will leave the CFA at 7:00 pm for the 7:30 pm off-site Dinner Roundtables.

Groups of four (4) WIA members will network over dinner in a selected restaurant within walking distance from the Center for Architecture. To initiate the dinner conversation, we will suggest conversation topics touching on our four pillars: Design & Leadership, Professional Practice & Development, Workplace Culture, and Advocacy & Activism. This will be a fun evening networking with your colleagues over delicious food and drinks!

The committees of AIA New York are the foundations from which the Chapter positions itself in the field of architecture, whether through discussion, advocacy, policy making and development, event and exhibition planning, or other endeavors.

Committees meet monthly, usually at the Center for Architecture. AIA members, AIA associate members, and general public are all welcome to participate.
