Join AIANY Emerging New York Architects for its spring 2025 Beyond the Boards series, starting with a tour of the newly completed award-winning NYPD 40th Precinct, designed by BIG—Bjarke Ingels Group. The project is an excellent showcase of the New York City Department of Design and Construction (DDC)’s Design and Construction Excellence program for public works. The tour will be led by Aran Coakley, Associate and Project Architect at BIG, with representatives from DDC. It’s a great chance to experience firsthand how the city works in partnership with creative and experienced design professionals to deliver high-quality public buildings. Details and instructions will be shared with registrants closer to the event.
