You are invited to participate in an interactive webinar about the six common mistakes that could be eroding the value of your practice. You will come away with a risk assessment tool that can be used as a guide to produce a plan to identify any areas of practice management that need attention. Participating AIA members are eligible to work with an Equitable advisor to develop a financial plan, at Equitable’s expense. Whether you already are an owner or partner or are transitioning into one of those roles, you will gain valuable insight into practice management. Stephen Dunbar, Executive Vice President of Equitable, will also speak to the importance of developing a succession strategy for the transfer of business ownership or leadership and will guide attendees to the AIA Trust’s free library of resources on ownership transition and wise retirement planning.

During this webinar, participants will:
✅ Learn the importance of keeping track of the value of your practice as it grows
✅ Learn to develop a long-term strategy following your financial goals
✅ Learn how important it is to look at the marketplace and competition
✅ Learn the importance of consulting with a good broker
