Join us in celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Landmarks Law with a special forum exploring how the Landmarks Preservation Commission practices safeguard the city’s historic resources while advancing citywide goals, including economic growth, housing, and placemaking.

Followed by a Welcome Breakfast with Landmarks Preservation Commission Chair Sarah Carroll, the discussion will center on two key topics: the urgent need to increase New York City’s housing supply and examples of how those goals are being realized in landmark buildings, as well as an exploration of innovative architecture in historic districts and landmarks.
