Sneak Peak: Studio V’s Award-Winning Brooklyn Yards Redevelopment Project

Dear Committee members,

Join us for a Sneak Peak with Studio V, who will be presenting their AIANY T + I Design Excellence Award-winning Brooklyn Yards Redevelopment project. This project focused on creating strategies to reclaim an unutilized expanse of land above an exposed rail passage for residential and commercial redevelopment. Serving as a proof of concept, this project is the first in a movement of further development for land above the exposed Bay Ridge rail line, with the intent of improving communities and transit infrastructures.

This will take place within the January Committee Meeting. As always, the presentation will be followed by an open floor for further questions and discussion. We look forward to having you!
