AIA New York is a proud Community Partner of Reimagine Buildings: How To Decarb and we encourage you to attend and share this unique opportunity with friends and colleagues. Join us to gain the actionable insights and connections you need to create buildings that make a difference. Through TED Talk-esque presentations, our speakers will show how to create the healthiest buildings with the smallest carbon footprint.

Earn CEUs! Each hour-long session will be submitted for AIA HSW Continuing Education credits in partnership with AIA New York State, as well as Phius and PHI credits. Please note that these credits will be for live attendance of sessions only.

They'll share how buildings can be a powerful climate solution:

  • How to reduce upfront and ongoing emissions.
  • How to build resilient, healthy havens.
  • How to stop burning stuff and electrify.
  • How to tap clean energy.
  • How to do low-carbon building retrofits.
  • How to make these buildings affordable.
  • How to make this work accessible to all.
  • How to land your first project.
  • How to develop your own project.

Reimagine Buildings: How To Decarb is a production of Passive House Accelerator. Passive House Accelerator LLC was formed in 2020 as a platform for media and education, accelerating progress toward zero carbon buildings. Proceeds from this event will cover event expenses and will be reinvested into producing their year-round free programming focused on building decarbonization.
