We are thrilled to announce the return of the New York Architecture Biennial (NYCAB) with an exciting new conference titled “AI—Architectural Intersections.” We are writing to extend a warm invitation to participate in this thought-provoking event by registering for the 2024 NYC Architecture Biennial Conference.

After our successful debut event in 2020, focusing on social inclusion in workplace and design, followed by Biennial 2022 titled ‘Inter-dependencity,’ this year’s theme, Architectural Intersections, explores the dynamic relationships shaping the contemporary built environment. The conference seeks to bring together a broad spectrum of professionals and academics to share their insights and intelligence with the NYCAB audience. As with past Biennials, we are calling on experts from the design world—architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, interior design, and environmental design—alongside collaborators in the sciences and humanities, to tackle the key opportunities and challenges of our time.

The conference, curated by our prestigious Advisory Board, will be hybrid, offering both in-person and virtual participation. Sessions will be conducted in English, with live translation into Spanish, ensuring inclusivity for a global audience. It’s an opportunity to gather on a platform that promotes learning, fosters inspiration, and sparks innovative architectural possibilities.

Event Schedule:
October 17: Arts & Sustainability
October 18: Identity & Politics
