Round 5 Webinar: Buildings of Excellence Competition

Please join the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) for an informational session on the Fifth Round of the Buildings of Excellence Competition. Round Five makes $10 million available to assist design teams and developers to advance carbon neutral construction practices to resilient, climate-friendly, multifamily buildings that are healthier for residents and their communities. This round of the competition builds off significant success to date and will once again be open to applicants across all of New York State, including Long Island.

Submissions for the Buildings of Excellence Demonstration will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 18, 2024.

During this webinar, you’ll learn more about the Competition and how to participate.

Other presentations during the webinar will include a brief presentation from National Grid on the Building to Grid Pilot Program that may be applicable to projects in Niagara Mohawk electric service territory and a presentation on financing opportunities available through NY Green Bank.
