Meet at the Whole Foods @ Manhattan West Courtyard (Highline - Moynihan Connector)

On August 19, join the young professionals of the Cross-Learning Alliance for a bike tour of some of NYC’s newest and most intriguing projects. The tour will start at the Whole Foods at Manhattan West and will end at the Bean Sculpture in Tribeca. Along the way, you'll hear from SOM about the new Moynihan Connector, from Dattner Architects about the Spring Street Salt Shed and end the tour at 56 Leonard St (aka Jenga Tower) and hear from Hill West Architects.

After the tour, we’ll head to Pier 26 to grab brunch and mingle. Bring your own bike or rent one, and don’t forget a helmet!

Itinerary:
9:45 am – Arrive at the Whole Foods @ Manhattan West 
10:00 am – High Line – Moynihan Connector (Tour by SOM)
10:30-10:45 am – Grab bikes and make way to the next stop
10:55 – 11:10am – Little Island for group photo
11:20 – 11:50 am – Spring Street Salt Shed (Tour by Dattner Architects)
11:50 – 12:00 pm – Brief break at Citi Bike docking station
12:10 – 12:30 pm – 56 Leonard St (Jenga Tower + Bean Sculpture)
12:10 – 12:30 pm – 56 Leonard St + Bean Sculpture (Tour by Hill West Architects)
12:30 pm – Drinks / brunch at Pier 26 (RSVP required)
