Tickets are now on sale to tour three spectacular Bucks County properties, generously opening for this event only on Sunday, June 25 from 10:00AM to 4:00PM. One of the homes is The Fullam Residence, a little-known mid-century masterpiece in Wrightstown, PA designed in 1957 by the great modernist architect Paul Rudolph.

At the request of the original clients, Judge John and Alice Fullam, who resided in the home from 1958 to 2006, Rudolph never publicized this design during his lifetime. In fact, it wasn’t until 2006, when they chose to sell, that it was made known to the Paul Rudolph Foundation. The house was not built as originally conceived:  two out of the three bays of the original sketch were constructed with the intention that, at some point in the future, the home could be expanded on either side while maintaining the original design objective. This happened in 2014 when Wolstenholme Associates LLC were hired by the current owners to reimagine the residence as was intended by Rudolph, based on his original plans.

There are two other homes on the tour: Lodi Hill Farm is a  farmhouse, built in the late 1700s, reimagined as a 6,000-square-foot country retreat. The property also includes an 1810 barn, stone terraces, and a saltwater swimming pool overlooking 40 + conserved acres. Silo 6776 is the country home of a NYC gallerist and a designer. This property encompasses a barn home and art gallery, a guest house, a studio, and outdoor living spaces, all sited on three rolling acres overlooking a canyon along the Delaware River.

This tour is a fundraiser hosted by the independent political action committee Turn Bucks Blue. Its mission is to elect Democrats who will promote and protect democratic values in Bucks County. Paid for by TBB PAC and not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee.

Tickets for the Bucks County House Tour are $75.00. They can be purchased online at www.turnbucksblue.com, where you’ll find much more information about the tour. Tickets available until they sell out.
