Civic Leadership Program Virtual Info Session

Are you a design professional working towards positive change? Do you want to help lead the architecture profession towards a more publicly engaged future? Learn more at one of two available information sessions on how to apply to the AIANY Civic Leadership Program (CLP).

CLP is designed to cultivate a class of architectural professionals into civic leaders. The six-month mentorship and training program helps ten selected participants develop skills to engage with the civic process. Through development sessions and public events, the CLP provides participants with opportunities to interface with municipal agencies, community development organizations, and local stakeholders. The program will help selected participants improve their communication and public speaking skills and engage in community outreach, community relations, and consensus building. 

Applications open on March 15 and are due on April 24.

This is the second information session, following the March 29th session.
