If you are in the senior leadership of your firm, we want to hear from you!

Please join the AIANY Women in Architecture Committee for an exclusive roundtable with invited women senior leaders. Participants will define challenges, share advice and guidance, and provide tips on how to build positive workplace culture to sustain a successful, supportive, and inclusive firm. We will learn how to lead more effectively, improve our ability to make tough decisions, and identify everyday moments of impact.

Heidi Blau, FAIA, Partner, and COO, FXCollaborative will facilitate the discussion topics to align with WIA’s four pillars: Design & Leadership, Workplace Culture, Professional Practice & Development, and Advocacy & Activism.

Let’s come together to support women in leadership and champion inclusivity in the architectural practice!
