Gensler's redesign of the 27,000-square-foot BPL Brooklyn Heights Branch, the largest branch in Brooklyn, creates a welcoming space for all. Connected by a prominent stair, the mezzanine overlooks the ground floor and offers an environment dedicated to teens complete with a lounge, game room, and young adult books. The lower level houses a children's library—a playful space with modular furniture and a mural—as well as internal offices and a large multipurpose room.

Architect: Gensler

This event is offered in person; COVID-19 vaccinations and face masks are strongly encouraged for all visitors.
