Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) values are increasingly shaping the building industry. Investors are eager to bet on companies and products that integrate them, and they want to see a tangible impact. But this growing trend has sparked many questions amongst designers, developers, and contractors: how can these values be applied, measured, and accounted for?

Join the Cross-Learning Alliance for a deep dive into ESG values and what they mean for the building industry. A panel of experts will lead the way, expanding on the risks and opportunities that building professionals must consider during their decision-making processes.

Speakers:
Michael Daschle, Director of ESG, Brookfield Properties
Caroline Gadaleta, Executive Managing Director, JLL
John Mandyck, CEO, Urban Green Council

Moderator:
Nicole Dosso, FAIA, Vice President, Design & Construction, Vornado Realty Trust

This event is presented in partnership with the Cross-Learning Alliance, an initiative of AIA New York, Urban Green Council, and ASHRAE New York. Cross-Learning Alliance events are designed to bridge the knowledge gap between the people who own, design, build, manage, operate and commission buildings.

This meeting is offered in person at the Center for Architecture. COVID-19 vaccinations and face masks are strongly encouraged for all visitors. Read our full Health and Safety Protocol here.
