Summer Program: Skyscrapers (Grades 3-5) – In-Person

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm ET, daily

From One World Trade Center to the Empire State building, NYC is full of remarkably tall buildings. During this program, we’ll explore what makes these structures so strong and how their design enables them to reach such dizzying heights. Students will take inspiration and ideas from amazing skyscrapers in NYC and around the world as they design, draw and build their own skyscrapers!

Need-Based Scholarships:

By registering for this program, you are accepting our 2022 In-Person Youth Programs Terms & Conditions.

VACCINATION AND MASK POLICY: All visitors 5 and older must be fully vaccinated and will be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination (with photo ID for adults) to enter the Center for Architecture. The vaccination policy for Youth Programs will remain in place through the end of Summer 2022. Please see the Center for Architecture’s COVID-19 Health and Safety Protocol for current guidelines on masking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration for all programs is non-transferable. Tuition for all programs is non-refundable. There are no exceptions to this policy. The Center for Architecture will not provide make-ups or refunds for days missed as a result of vacation plans, scheduling conflicts, illness (including COVID-19), emergencies, or other events beyond our control.
