AIANY Women in Architecture Community Service Day: RETI Center

Come out to Red Hook and enjoy a morning outdoors for the AIANY Women in Architecture (WIA)'s first Community Service Day! Let's contribute to improving the waterfront and our built environment! In support of the committee's pillar of Advocacy & Activism, WIA is partnering with the climate resiliency non-profit RETI Center. Be part of the circular economy and help build floating gardens, plant, paint, and learn about RETI’s work with local public schools and the neighborhood at large. We encourage you to wear close-toed shoes, work clothes, and hats. Feel free to stick around after and continue a fun-filled day at the Red Hook Regatta.

P.S. Save your wine corks and bring them along! We will use them to build the floating gardens.
