Located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, GID Development Group’s Waterline Square includes three residential towers connected by The Waterline Club—a 100,000-square-foot private amenities center designed by Rockwell Group. A swooping promenade called the Circulation Ribbon, clad in twisting wood, connects the community through a collection of sports and fitness, swim and spa, leisure and social, creative, children’s and pets’ spaces. 

Please note that while the tour attendees will be required to wear masks, residents of the building are be allowed to be unmasked in the space.
