BWAF’s BEVY Leadership Awards Celebration (formerly the Gala) on October 6 will be an opportunity to reconnect and to celebrate the achievements and contributions of this year’s remarkable honorees: Sara Kendall, Vice President & General Manager, Interiors Division, Turner Construction; Miriam Harris, Executive Vice President, Trinity Place Holdings; Kim Yao, AIA, Principal, Architecture Research Office; Sarah M. Whiting, Dean, Harvard GSD; Mabel O. Wilson, Nancy and George Rupp Professor of Architecture, Planning and Preservation; Professor in African American and African Diasporic Studies; Director of the Institute for Research in African American Studies, Columbia University GSAPP, and Michelle DeCarlo, PE, LEED AP BD+C, Director, Jaros, Baum & Bolles.  The BEVY is a unique event within our industry—a special evening of friends, family, and professional colleagues that provides an opportunity to expand contacts and demonstrate that networking with women is good business.
