Village Preservation’s highly acclaimed continuing education classes are available online this November, and we are excited to now offer the course at a highly discounted rate to people not acquiring the continuing education credits.

Taught by a talented group of professionals, our remote learning lessons will include virtual walking tours and museum visits on historic preservation, the NYC Landmark Law, and the stylistic development of townhouses, apartment buildings, and tenements. The program also includes a class on the evolution of regulatory reforms and zoning laws that shaped urban design and building types in the context of socio-economic, cultural, and political forces, as well as the realities of working with the Department of Buildings (DOB) and other NYC regulatory agencies. And there will be some practical tips for brokers, too.
