Edward Logue was both one of the most prominent figures in American urban renewal and one of the post-war era’s most prolific patrons of Modern architecture. Harvard Professor Lizabeth Cohen, author of Saving America’s Cities: Ed Logue and the Struggle to Renew Urban America in the Suburban Age (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2019), will discuss Logue’s career and examine his relationship with Modernism.
