The IPA hosts our first public panel for the 2020 Fall Residency, ‘To Be or Not To BQE: A Post-Moses Community Vision’ on October 7th from 6-8PM. Fellows will present their initial responses to the question posed by the IPA at our Kickoff Panel. What opportunities and challenges would be created by the removal of the BQE?
