Tired of being at home? Come explore architecture across America with us this fall! Each week we’ll travel to iconic buildings and sites to explore great American architecture, from indigenous structures to the organic architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright and the clean lines of modernism to cutting-edge green buildings addressing today’s climate issues. Each week, students will build their understanding of design as they create their own 2-D and 3-D design projects exploring key architectural ideas presented in these different examples. As a final project, students will imagine what American architecture of the future will look like and create their own designs for what comes next.
The scholarship application deadline for this program has passed. Scholarships are still available for the November session of this program. For more information, please see the calendar event page here.
