Building of the Day: Stephen A. Schwarzman Building

Original Architect: Carrère & Hastings (1911); Rose Reading Room Renovation: WJE Engineers & Architects with Evergreene Architectural Arts (2016)

Join us for a tour of the building presented by Keith Glutting, who has been guiding visitors through this masterpiece by Carrere and Hastings for fifteen years. The tour will culminate with a discussion of the restoration of the Rose Main Reading Room by Wiss, Janney, Elstner architects with Evergreene Architectural Arts.
