SEAoNY Diversity Committee and ICE Present Speed Mentoring

Do you have questions about your career or professional growth you’ve been eager to ask? The SEAoNY Diversity Committee is partnering with ICE to launch a combined speed mentoring event for the civil and structural engineering industry. This event will provide a unique opportunity for mid and entry level engineers to engage with industry-established civil and structural engineers in a time-efficient networking session. What is speed mentoring? Speed mentoring is a series of quick, focused conversations between mentors and mentees. Groups of 3-4 mentees will cycle through several groups of 1-2 mentors over the course of the evening. Each cycle is 10-12 minutes long and consists of focused questions that will be answered by each group of mentors.
