We invite you to join us for an evening with representatives from firms that have in-house groups championing Women’s Leadership Initiatives. Speakers will talk about how these groups were established, what they are doing within their firms to advance leadership for women, and what their goals are. The AIANY Women in Architecture Committee has a special event planned in place of the regularly scheduled Monthly Committee Meeting on the 15th of May.

We invite you to join us for an evening with representatives from firms that have in-house groups championing Women’s Leadership Initiatives. Speakers will talk about how these groups were established, what they are doing within their firms to advance leadership for women, and what their goals are. Following introductions from each firm, we will break into groups so that our members can approach firms on particular subjects. The event will also include an informal ‘speed mentoring’ session where members can have one-on-one sessions with the participating firms.

The event is generously hosted by Buro Happold who have opened up their terrace to us for a networking session prior to the event starting at 6 pm. Hopefully we will have good weather!
