Woodlawn Cemetery Architecture and Design Walking Tour
Hosted by Woodlawn’s own architectural historian, Anthony Pellino, the tour will allow visitors to explore the unique works commissioned by lot owners in expression of their grief. The tour will give insights into the monuments at Woodlawn, designed or crafted by significant architects, designers or artisans. We will explain how design decisions are made in order to give an idea about the ways in which real people created the monuments. Meet at the Jerome Avenue and Bainbridge Avenue entrance at
