This tour, organized by the AIA Staten Island chapter, brings visitors on the renowned S.I. ferry across New York Harbor, on a walking loop that features old and new architectural gems, such as the S.I. Borough Hall (Carrere & Hastings, 1906), National Lighthouse Museum (renovated by Lee H. Skolnick Architecture), and new constructions including the massive Lighthouse Point development (Garrison Architects and Cooper Carry), Empire Outlet Mall (SHoP Architects), and New York Wheel (Perkins Eastman and S9 Architecture).  

Arrive early to purchase your own ferry ticket; ferry departs at 1:00 pm. Free.
