Please join the AIANY Women in Architecture Committee for a special workshop.

Want more confidence when you speak in public? Want to share your design ideas without using a picture? Want to promote your firm through speaking engagements? Strengthen your presentation skills in this fun, interactive workshop.

Through teaching, discussion, theater exercises, and coaching, you’ll learn to engage and energize your listeners. This workshop will help you identify and drop nervous habits, practice your sole task as a presenter, explore the power of body language, use visuals wisely, and breathe life into your presentations!

You’ll learn much more than just public speaking skills. These principles apply to all types of interpersonal communication — from one-on-one and team meetings to networking/social events and phone calls.
