From its bridges to its exemplary skyscrapers, New York City has a very diverse number of structures. As the city continues to add to its cadre of skyscrapers and iconic buildings, its stock of existing buildings is also being repurposed and transformed into homes, work places, places of worship, recreation and culture.

With building owners having an eye on sustainability, coupled with the city’s focus on resilience, several buildings are being renovated and refashioned to meet more elaborate design standards and stricter regulations.

The 2018 SEAoNY All Day Seminar presents a host of industry professionals on the topic renovations and alterations. Please join us as these visible experts discuss the challenges—some of which are inherent to designing in New York City—involved in the execution of renovation and alteration projects and how to address them.

Topics Covered:

Adjacent Construction
