Understanding Administrative Hearings and Protocol

The Zoning Advisory Council and AIA Brooklyn Present a seminar on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. @ Club 101 at 101 Park Avenue. Eligible attendees will be able to register and receive 2 learning units!

We will be discussing important information for all practitioners at the New York City Department of Buildings and Board of Standards and Appeals. You will hear from Raymond Mellon and Stuart Klein who have extensive experience in defending and representing architects, engineers and others in proceeding at the OATH and Ian Rasmussen who will discuss the new requirements adopted by the Board of Standards and Appeals for filing applications. This is information every practitioner must understand.

A light fare of snacks will be served.
