2024 Civic Leadership Program Info Session Happy Hour

Are you a design professional working towards positive change? Do you want to help lead the architecture profession towards a more publicly engaged future? Learn more at our information sessions on how to apply to the 2024 AIANY Civic Leadership Program (CLP).

CLP is designed to cultivate a class of design professionals into civic leaders. The six-month mentorship and training program helps eight selected participants develop skills to engage with the civic process. Through development sessions and a public event, CLP provides participants with opportunities to interface with municipal agencies, community development organizations, and local stakeholders. The program will help selected participants improve their communication and public speaking skills and engage in community relations, outreach, and consensus building. 

Applications will open on June 19 and are due on July 12.
