About the Guides:

Jeffrey Kenoff is a Design Principal at KPF with 30 years of experience. He has led many of the firm’s major endeavors throughout the US and Asia, where his award-winning portfolio expresses an adroit blend of regional insight and global design perspective.

Nicole McGlinn-Morrison has been involved through the entire project’s coordination, documentation, and approval process.  She holds an extraordinary amount of insight regarding virtually all elements of the job throughout its life.

Rebecca Kent joined the project in 2017 and has been involved in all aspects of lobby design, documentation, and construction coordination. Specifically brought onto this project to address the lobby design, some of her favorite scopes include the metal filigree feature wall, the metal scallop cassette walls, and the elevator cabs.
