Make 2022 the year you become licensed! Join the AIANY Emerging New York Architects Committee (ENYA) as they bring together representatives from NCARB and NYSED to help aspiring architects get a better understanding of the licensure landscape in New York State. From why you should get licensed in the first place to where to find financial and educational resources to help you complete your journey, this two-hour seminar will review the undertaking from start to finish, delving into how to log experience hours, how to study and sit for your exams, how to prepare and submit your registration application, and more. We’ll even let you know what changes are coming down the line so that you can be prepared to handle them confidently.

Learn how to best navigate the process for your particular circumstances from the very people who administer the AXP, ARE, and the State registration process. The interactive evening will feature an extensive audience Q&A. Whether you are taking your first steps toward licensure or are hoping to become licensed soon, be sure to bring your questions and enthusiasm! This event is brought to you in partnership with the New York State Education Department’s (NYSED) Office of the Professions and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
