This presentation will provide engineers, architects, and developers the essential information on why choosing cross-laminated timber (CLT) may be the best solution for their next low- to mid-rise building project.  During this seminar, the speaker will provide an overview of designing with CLT and how CLT is changing the landscape of building design by incorporating an attractive, cost-effective, and sustainable structural material.  Several examples of CLT design will be presented along with information on how CLT adoption in America is gaining traction in updates to the Building Code and its referenced standards.
